Exploring Opportunities for Collaboration between the U.S. and Libya in the Agricultural Sector

On September 21 AmCham Libya participated in a meeting between the U.S. Embassy, the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Libyan Ministry of Agriculture to explore opportunities for collaboration between the U.S. and Libya in the agricultural sector. Participants in the meeting included Ambassador Richard Norland, Minister of Agriculture Dr. Hamad Almaryami, USDA Agricultural Attache Thom Wright, as well as AmCham Director Debbie Hirst and Deputy Director Ahmed Ghazali.
