Our Mission Statement
AmCham Libya’s mission is to promote trade and investment between the United States and Libya in a non-political, transparent and ethical manner. We strive to work collaboratively with the Libyan people in order to contribute positively to the development of Libya and enhance commercial opportunities for both American and Libyan companies. Acting in partnership with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the world’s largest business federation, AmCham Libya advocates for legal and regulatory reform to facilitate increased engagement by international companies. AmCham supports transparency, the rule of law and the fight against corruption, which helps create an environment conducive to healthy competition, and the possibility for Libya to achieve its highest potential.
