U.S. Ambassador to Libya, Richard B. Norland, To Serve As AmCham Libya Chairman
The American Chamber of Commerce in Libya (Libya AmCham) is pleased to announce that Ambassador Richard B. Norland has agreed to serve as Honorary Chairman of the organization.
