Briefing from H.E. Saddek Elkaber, Governor of the Central Bank of Libya

On November 17, The American Chamber of Commerce in Libya (AmCham Libya) hosted an online briefing by H.E. Saddek Elkaber, Governor of the Central Bank of Libya. Governor Elkaber spoke about latest developments concerning the Central Bank of Libya and provided insights on the current state of the Libyan banking sector. The Governor was introduced by Keith Kirkham, Regional Senior Commercial Officer with the U.S. Department of Commerce. Senior managers from a selection of AmCham members participated, including: Abbott, Caterpillar, Cisco, GE, Halliburton, Hill, Honeywell, MSD (Merck) and Visa. The briefing was moderated by AmCham Board Member Jason Pack.
