AmCham-Sponsored Delegation to 2023 U.S. Poultry Buyers Conference in Casablanca

AmCham Libya facilitated the attendance of interested delegates from Libya to the U.S. Poultry Buyers Conference, organized by the USA Poultry and Egg Export Council (USAPEEC) in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The event brought together buyers from North Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa for one-on-one meetings with U.S. suppliers in Casablanca.
USAPEEC Members who attended were: Agrisar, Atlas Foods, Ayamo Global Food, Boston Agrex, Brecon Foods, Circle Foods, Evia Foods, Excellent Meat, Grove Services, Interra International, Intervision Foods, IOEC, Lamex Foods, Meat Team, Maple Leaf Farms, Mirasco, Mountaire Farms, Nowaco, Partners Network, PMI Foods, Pilgrim’s, and Sure Good Foods.
About 70 buyers from 19 African countries participated. The mission consisted of a half day of presentations with the remaining three days open for meetings.
AmCham was pleased to facilitate the participation of Libyan business people at this important event for the poultry sector, and to further encourage the engagement of U.S. companies in Libya.
