AmCham Libya Director Debbie Hirst addressed this AmCham Tunisia Event and delivered a presentation focused on the opportunities and challenges associated with doing business in Libya. The two chambers signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) committing both parties to collaborate and cooperate in key activities, such as conferences and trade missions, to the mutual benefit of both organizations and their members.
