AmCham holds inaugural meeting of Healthcare Working Group

On November 11, AmCham Libya held the inaugural meeting of its Healthcare Working Group (HWG). The goal of the HWG is to advance issues that are important to its members and facilitate the delivery of world class healthcare products to Libyans.

AmCham members that are part of the group include: Abbott, AbbVie, Boston Scientific, Medtronic, MSD and Pfizer.

Among the agenda items of the meeting were a discussion of challenges being faced by the healthcare members and how to overcome them, identification of the priorities of the HWG, and an initial discussion on the AmCham Libya  healthcare workshop being planned for Tripoli.
