AmCham Attends Opening Ceremony for Third Ring Road in Tripoli

AmCham was proud to support Hill International during the grand opening ceremony of the first phase of the Third Ring Road in Tripoli. Prime Minister Abdulhamid Dabaiba was the guest of honor at the ceremony honoring the biggest infrastructure project in Libya in more than 30 years.
