Briefing on Employer of Record (EOR) and Immigration Services in Libya

AmCham Libya was pleased to organize an online briefing on Employer of Record (EOR) and immigration services in Libya. The briefing was provided by Ahmed Ghattour & Co and Ernst & Young, and described their EOR and immigration services to support international companies in hiring and managing employees in Libya without the need to establish a legal entity. Through the EOR model, Ahmed Ghattour & Co becomes the legal employer of the staff member, handling all local compliance, payroll, taxes, social security, HR administration and visa/immigration issues, while the original employer retains full operational control over the employee. It was a very informative session about a topic that is of great importance to any US company looking to enter the Libyan market.
